At Archès Lab, we just concluded our enriching experience at the International Thermal Spray Conference (ITSC 2024).
One of the highlights of ITSC 2024 was the opportunity for our team members to present their work through both poster presentations and oral sessions. These platforms allowed them to share their work, engage with fellow researchers, and receive valuable feedback.
The contributions from Archès Lab were the following presentations and posters:
Oral Presentations:
- Roberta Falco: A Deep Learning approach to 3D Cold Spray shape prediction and toolpath planning optimization
- Wenbo Li: Towards an integrated modular Cold Spray Additive Manufacturing system
- Kiran Tulasagiri Raddi: Characterizing Cold Sprayed and LPBFed Inconel deposit via small punch test
Poster Presentations:
- Kiran Tulasagiri Raddi: Towards the evaluation of heterogeneous materials processed by Cold Spray Additive Manufacturing
- Romario Aldrian Wicaksono: Current trends and future perspective for Cold Spray Ceramic-Metallic composites
Beyond the academic contributions, ITSC 2024 also provided our team members with a unique opportunity to network with leading professionals, forge new collaborations, and gain fresh perspectives on pressing challenges in the Thermal Spray community.
In conclusion, ITSC 2024 was a great growth opportunity for Archès Lab. We look forward to building upon the momentum gained at ITSC 2024 and continuing to drive innovation in the years to come.
