34th Cold Spray Club Meeting in Prague

Archès Lab was pleased to participate in the 34th Cold Spray Club Meeting, held in Prague, Czech Republic. The Cold Spray Club is a long-standing international forum that brings together researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to exchange ideas, discuss emerging challenges, and explore the latest advances in cold spray technology.

We are proud to have contributed to the technical program through two oral presentations:

🔹 Prof. Sara Bagherifard presented our recent work on the Powder customization role in cold-sprayed 2D metal matrix composites, highlighting the results of the Thermodust project on how tailored feedstock design can unlock new opportunities for advanced material systems, with invaluable contribution of our team Fatemeh, Amir, Mario, and colleagues from the University of Twente and Trinity College of Dublin.

🔹 Kiran Tulasagiri Raddi presented research on the composition driven fatigue and fracture behavior in cold-sprayed Al–Fe bimetallic systems, providing insights into the latest results of the #ArcHISep project on the relationship between material architecture and mechanical performance in collaboration with our colleagues at IPP and the Technical University of Prague.

A sincere thank you to the organizers, speakers, and participants for creating an engaging environment for scientific discussion and knowledge exchange.
