Our PhD researcher Kiran Raddi received the Best Oral Presentation Award at the International Cold Spray Conference & Expo (ICSC 2026) for the presentation titled “Fracture and Fatigue Behaviour of Cold-Sprayed Al–Fe Bimetallic Structures.” The work presents important insights into the mechanical performance and fatigue durability of cold-sprayed Al–Fe bimetallic structures, with applications in repair, additive manufacturing, and load-bearing engineering. ICSC 2026 was organized by the Indian Thermal Spray Association and held at the IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai, from 23–25 January 2026, bringing together leading researchers and industry experts in cold spray technologies.
